Maintaining a high standard of quality is very important to us. We are not interested in just meeting industry standards, we look to exceed them.

Here are some things we do to maintain the highest level of quality and safety:

  • USDC HACCP Certified
  • All Quality Control Technicians are HACCP Certified
  • Certificate of Excellence from ASI
  • In-house raw material testing, including moisture analysis
  • Metal detectors in use on all lines
  • In-house fat analysis of finished products
