We have made significant investments in our health and safety programs including:

• Partnering with Commonwealth of MA Division of Occupational Safety since 2003
• Working with OSHA to become Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) certified
• Establishing a cross-departmental Health and Safety team lead by a certified Safety Manager and a certified Safety Officer
• Conducting regular empoyee Health and Safety training programs
• Requiring new hire safety orientation and training
• Investigating any incidents for immediate corrective action if necessary
